This vacancy is managed on behalf of a premium client Tasks Provide occupational health and safety support in accordance with applicable regulations. Conduct safety inspections and HSE audits at construction sites. Participate in construction and planning meetings. Advise clients, contractors, construction managers, and planners on health and safety matters. Support the preparation of risk assessments and operating instructions. Recommend measures to prevent workplace accidents and health risks. Assist with safety training sessions and site inductions. Investigate workplace accidents and safety incidents. Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Profile Qualification as a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Occupational Safety Specialist). Qualification as a SiGeKo (Safety and Health Coordinator). Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in construction safety. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. German language proficiency at C2 level , both written and spoken. Engineering degree or Meister/Techniker qualification preferred. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on approach and ability to work independently. Physical fitness for regular construction-site inspections. Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel within Berlin and Brandenburg.
