This vacancy is managed on behalf of a premium client Tasks Recognized qualification as a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Occupational Safety Specialist). Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety. Practical experience working on construction sites, preferably industrial projects. Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 . Experience in risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations. Ability to conduct HSE training and safety briefings. Good working knowledge of MS Office. German language proficiency at C1 level and English at B1 level . Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working approach. Profile Plan, implement, and improve health, safety, and environmental (HSE) measures. Develop and maintain HSE plans, safety concepts, and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations. Investigate accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions. Prepare and deliver safety training sessions and site inductions. Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and employees to maintain safe working conditions. Monitor compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Maintain HSE reports and recommend preventive measures.
