This vacancy is managed on behalf of a premium client Tasks Key Responsibilitiy: • Understand customer & stakeholder requirements • Define and manage requirements using Codebeamer • Create and manage features in Jira • Drive PI Planning goals and supplier alignment • Manage project status, reporting and escalations • Coordinate software features, implementation and approvals • Maintain project scope, maturity, milestones and SOP readiness • Manage project timelines and SW Release Plans • Track Open Point Lists (OPLs) and project actions • Coordinate stakeholders, responsibilities and project governance • Prepare management reports, workshops and steering meetings • Organize and document project-relevant committees and meetings • Create and maintain technical concept documentation • Identify software components integrated into complex automotive platforms • Coordinate FOSS requirements and tracking • Establish and maintain project status hubs using Jira / project portals • Track requirements, change requests, features and related approvals • Support certification planning, documentation and tracking • Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams and suppliers Profile Must-Have Skills 12–15+ years of relevant experience Strong Automotive Software / Systems Project Management experience Excellent understanding of Requirements Management Hands-on experience with Codebeamer & Jira Strong stakeholder and supplier management Experience with PI Planning / Agile development environments Strong project reporting and governance skills Experience with software release & certification processes Excellent documentation and coordination skills German language skills are highly desirable We offer Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote work options Opportunities for international projects and global exposure Professional development and continuous learning programs Career growth and internal mobility opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Health and wellness benefits Paid annual leave and public holidays Modern workplace with advanced tools and technologies Long-term career stability with a growing organization Additional contact details Interested?
