- Optimize and scale outbound lead generation infrastructure
- Improve data enrichment and lead quality across multiple markets
- Convert ICP, intent signals, and market insights into qualified opportunities
- Build and maintain automations using APIs, Webhooks, and workflow tools
- Manage CRM synchronization, segmentation, and lead routing
- Design and improve lead scoring and enrichment logic
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to increase operational efficiency Profile Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in GTM, Growth Operations, Rev Ops, or similar roles
- Strong experience with Hub Spot CRM
- Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment tools
- Knowledge of n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and Webhooks
- Strong understanding of modern B2B outbound strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English and German Nice to Have
- Python scripting experience
- AI workflow automation experience
