Responsibilities

• Conduct structural inspections according to DIN 1076 and VDI 6200 stability standards.
• Work independently, schedule exams at own pace; drive to exams using company car (may use privately).
• Document test results in a report; identify maintenance and repair needs early to contribute to safety.
• Act as first point of contact for customers regarding statics and stability issues.
• Receive training through structured mentoring if lacking practical experience on buildings and structures.

Requirements for candidates

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering.
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and recognized rules of technology.
• Class B driving license.
• Knowledge of DIN 1076.
• Knowledge of VDI 6200.
• At least 4 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience with structural inspection or preparation of damage and renovation reports.
• Willingness to travel (field service with routes up to 120 km from home).
• Freedom from vertigo.

General requirements

• Language: German - C1.
• Desired professional experience up to 5 years.
