Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer oriented Private Customer Advisor or Bank Clerk to provide comprehensive financial advice and build long term relationships with private customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop your own customer portfolio.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice on investments, retirement planning, financing and insurance.
• Conduct customer consultations in person or digitally.
• Schedule appointments and proactively contact customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Advisor Certificate Level 3 Beraterpass 3 or Level 2 Beraterpass 2 with relevant professional experience.
• German language skills at native or fluent level C1 or higher.
• Good technical skills in Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
