Hiring: Site Manager – HVAC & Sanitary Engineering (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and supervise heating and sanitary installation activities at construction sites.
- Lead and coordinate teams of 3–8 technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensure project quality, timelines, costs, and safety standards.
- Manage site documentation and project-related correspondence.
- Prepare measurements, support invoicing, and coordinate additional work orders.
- Collaborate with project management, procurement, and finance teams.
- Qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in HVAC, TGA, HKLS, Heating, or Sanitary Engineering, or equivalent extensive experience as a Senior Installation Supervisor.
- Minimum 3–4 years of construction site management experience in heating and sanitary projects.
- Proven experience leading installation teams and subcontractors.
- Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- German language proficiency at B2 level.
- Valid Class B driving licence.
- Construction site software experience is an advantage.
- Attractive salary package of €55,000–€75,000 per year.
- 4.5-day working week and one remote working day per week, subject to agreement.
- 30 days of annual leave.
