Change Management Consultant

We\’re seeking a fluent German-speaking Change Management Consultant (C1/native level) to join our team in Munich. In this key role, you\’ll guide organizations through complex transformations, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

What You\’ll Do

• Design and implement tailored change management strategies for business transformations
• Create and deliver German-language change materials (communications, training, FAQs)
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and employee workshops
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Act as the primary change advisor for assigned projects

Requirements

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on change management experience
• German language mastery (C1 or native level required)
• Familiarity with PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar methodologies
• Experience with digital transformation projects
• Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Munich
