About the Role
As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote IT support for incidents, service requests, and general queries. You will also deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, serve as a liaison between IT Operations, customers, and third-party providers, and conduct inventory and asset management of IT hardware.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for incidents, service requests, and general queries.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, including PCs, laptops, Cisco phones, and mobile devices.
- Roll out workplace software and applications, ensuring quality control.
- Serve as a liaison between IT Operations, customers, and third-party providers.
- Conduct inventory and asset management of IT hardware.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior managers and provide customized reporting as needed.
- Support Cisco devices, Surface Hubs, and other workplace tools.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT Desktop Support.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Visio, and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of IT security, networking, and Azure Intune.
- Familiarity with Cisco devices.
- Strong communication skills in German (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
