We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team as we enter an exciting chapter in Exclaimer’s growth. We currently handle ~400 million emails a week and are growing considerably month on month. We have ambitious plans to supercharge Exclaimer’s successful position, taking our strong IT utility foundations to establish a leading SaaS product beyond email signature management.
This role reports to a Director of Product and is a key member of the Product & Design Team. In taking this role, you will have all the support, resources, and flexibility needed to tackle the great challenges that come with scaling a successful business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the product portfolio strategy that will help power Exclaimer’s next phase of growth.
- Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with technology, design, and go-to-market roles to continually set and execute product plans.
- Contribute to the Exclaimer product strategy and roadmap.
- Present insights, progress, and plans to Product Engineering and the wider business.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Work with data to ensure high-quality tracking and insights for a team.
- Lead effective product/customer discovery and research to build a rich picture of our market/customers and draw conclusions on the best problems to solve.
- Collaborate with Engineering, understanding the ways of working and high-level technical concepts.
- Deploy their own business and product knowledge to execute the best approach for a given context and problem.
- Leverage the skills and knowledge of others to create a strong team environment and collective capability.
