Associate Market Manager (German speaking)
The Associate Market Manager\’s primary responsibility in their assigned territory is to initiate, develop, and maintain a high-quality portfolio of hotel products (relevant, attractive, and competitive) for Expedia\’s global customer base.
In doing so, Associate Market Managers will work with hotel partners to help maximize their production potential through Expedia Group’s data insights, marketing, distribution, and revenue management tools.
What you\’ll do:
- Leverage market-specific data from Expedient and local market knowledge to build and expand hotel portfolios, onboard new partners, and optimize product content, rates, and availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners by providing data insights and consulting services related to revenue management and marketing opportunities.
- Secure additional inventory during high demand periods and promote seasonal deals and promotions within management guidelines.
- Promote engagement with Expedia\’s suite of tools and resources, including market insights, revenue management tools, marketing opportunities, and support functions.
- Execute based on KPIs and other strategic objectives set by leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in account management or sales.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Results-driven with strong relationship management and strategic execution skills.
- Excellent organization, persistence, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
