Responsibilities
Defining, owning, and continuously improving the overall testing strategy and approach for SIT and UAT
Leading and overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of the full testing lifecycle, directing test coordinators/analysts where applicable
Reviewing and approving test case design, documentation, and regression test coverage against project and regulatory requirements
Owning defect management governance: prioritisation criteria, escalation paths, and resolution follow-up across business, IT, and vendor teams
Leading business user engagement during UAT and driving structured, formal business sign-off
Acting as primary point of contact for test status, risks, and quality metrics towards project leadership and senior stakeholders
Owning go-live readiness assessment, defining and validating testing completion criteria and quality gates prior to sign-off
Managing testing timelines, resourcing, and dependencies across the project plan, and escalating risks proactively
Coordinating with external vendors and third parties on testing scope, deliverables, and quality expectations
Qualifications
Proven track record as Business Analyst and/or Test Manager leading testing workstreams in IT transformation or regulatory projects
Extensive experience managing SIT and UAT end-to-end, including test strategy definition, governance, and regression test oversight
Experience leading regulatory reporting projects within financial services (e.g. AnaCredit), with a strong understanding of data requirements and regulatory expectations
Experience overseeing validation of data pipelines and reporting workflows, including source-to-target data mapping, reconciliation of large-scale financial/regulatory datasets, and identification of data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate business, IT, and external vendor stakeholders, including at senior/steering committee level
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA or equivalent) and definition of defect management governance
Strong command of structured testing methodologies, test documentation standards, and quality gate frameworks
Prior experience managing or mentoring test coordinators/analysts is an advantage
Knowledge of the EKE project desired
Due to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from EU citizens or holders of valid working permit in Switzerland.
