Responsibilities

• Coordinate with key stakeholders within Compliance (FCC), Data Analytics, Finance and the Centralized Exit Desk.
• Prepare data and Management Information (MI).
• Support the preparation of management decisions and meetings.
• Support monitoring and control activities for accounts “in exit” from a Compliance perspective.
• Contribute to the potential update of policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data and reporting.
• Experience as a Compliance Officer and Project Manager (at least 2–3 years).
• Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Agile worker who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment where things evolve quickly.
• Curious to learn new things and apply out‑of‑the‑box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions.
• Team‑oriented and enjoys collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing their own, to deliver the best possible outcome.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a self‑driven manner.
