Compliance Project Officer – Exit Management (FCC) Location: Zurich Start date: ASAP Duration: Until 31.12.2026 - with possibility of extension
Responsibilities
Coordinate with key stakeholders within Compliance (FCC), Data Analytics, Finance and the Centralized Exit Desk.
Prepare data and Management Information (MI).
Support the preparation of management decisions and meetings.
Support monitoring and control activities for accounts “in exit” from a Compliance perspective.
Contribute to the potential update of policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of data and reporting.
Experience as a Compliance Officer and Project Manager (at least 2–3 years).
Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Agile worker who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment where things evolve quickly.
Curious to learn new things and apply out‑of‑the‑box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions.
Team‑oriented and enjoys collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing their own, to deliver the best possible outcome.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and in a self‑driven manner.
