Responsibilities
Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, with a focus on regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven analytics solutions.
Create, maintain, and update documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assess, prioritize, and manage business change requests.
Execute regular and ad hoc data analysis and reporting.
Design, develop, validate, implement, and monitor analytical models to support Compliance processes and control execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and data management processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably within a project-based environment.
Strong banking experience with a focus on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal.
Strong SQL and database programming skills.
Proficiency in Python or another relevant programming language.
Experience in business analysis and/or project management.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate documentation.
Due to Swiss work permit restrictions, applications will only be considered from EU citizens or holders of a valid working permit in Switzerland.
