ITSM Engineer

We are looking for an ITSM Engineer for our client, a world-leading consulting company. It’s a contracting position to be based in Zurich, contract would end by December 2025. Here are the details:

Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration in the implementation of a new ITSM solution.
2. Management of our ITSM processes and their automation. You have a strong focus on incident, change, service request and configuration management.
3. Designing and improving modern processes with a focus on automation via command and control.
4. Participate in planning and strategy meetings and assist in defining the organisation and service delivery.

Requirements:

IT skills:

1. Scripting and automation: skills in scripting languages to automate tasks: Senior – more than 5 years of experience.
2. Experience with API integration/development: Senior – more than 5 years of experience.
3. ITIL and DevOps experience: Senior – more than 5 years of experience.
4. Knowledge of ITSM tools: Several years of experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti or BMC Remedy: Senior – more than 5 years of experience.
5. Several years of experience with IT Asset Management and IT Configuration Management processes: Senior – more than 5 years of experience.
6. Experience in managing IT projects and implementing ITSM processes: Senior – more than 5 years of experience.
