Key Responsibilities
Build and improve Power BI dashboards and reports tracking KPIs and business performance
Develop data models—relationships, measures, calculated columns
Monitor and validate data quality; help fix issues at the source
Document KPI logic, data definitions, and reporting standards
Partner with business stakeholders to turn requirements into clear reporting specs
Support troubleshooting, refresh issues, and process automation
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)
Some hands-on experience with a BI tool—ideally Power BI and/or Strategy (MicroStrategy)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Fluent English, written and verbal—able to explain data to non-technical audiences
Self-starter mentality: curious, independent, and collaborative
Nice to Have
DAX, performance optimization, row-level security (RLS)
Data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT, star schemas)
Python or R for data prep/analysis
Exposure to insurance/reinsurance data (policies, premiums, claims)
Additional European languages
