Our mission is to help professionals unlock their potential and thrive in dynamic, future-ready careers. /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements, translating business needs into technology solutions /liliAnalyse, structure and model client, contact, legal entity and relationship data to support CRM and Sales processes /liliDefine business data requirements, data ownership and quality controls for client and relationship information /liliPerform data mapping and source-to-target analysis across CRM platforms and related front-office systems /liliImprove the accuracy, consistency and usability of client data, client hierarchies and business partner relationships /liliProduce business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications /liliCollaborate with architects and developers to deliver CRM enhancements, integrations and data solutions /liliSupport testing, implementation and adoption of CRM capabilities /li /ulh3YOUR PROFILE /h3ulliBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline /lili7+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial services /liliStrong experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management processes /liliProven experience in client data management, data modelling and relationship modelling /liliHands-on experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping and data migration activities /liliUnderstanding of Customer Master Data / Golden Source concepts, data governance and data quality frameworks /liliExperience with business partner structures, client hierarchies and legal entity data /liliExperience integrating CRM platforms with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and interfaces /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications /liliKnowledge of Client Onboarding, Sales, Client Coverage or Wealth Management processes is advantageous /liliCommunicates clearly across functions and cultures, influences decisions without formal authority, and navigates complex organisations to drive outcomes /liliQuickly troubleshoots issues, applies sound judgement in controlled environments, and remains focused on delivery despite ambiguity or changing priorities /liliWorks independently and proactively in global teams, contributes to collaborative Agile ways of working, and maintains a team-first mindset to achieve shared goals /liliFluency in English; German is an advantage /li /ulpDue to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from EU citizens or holders of valid working permit in Switzerland. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
