Responsibilities
Review of existing PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) process and definition of new process steps and controls
Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and collaborate with stakeholders, including Compliance and Risk Management, to gather requirements for the PEP database
Functional Requirements Documentation: Create detailed functional requirements documentation outlining how the solution will meet the business needs
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external regulatory requirements
Data Integration Planning: Plan data integration of new data fields
Design, develop and test reports and dashboards that meet business and regulatory requirements
Test Case Development: Develop test cases to validate that the solution meets the business requirements and works as expected
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with end-users to perform UAT and identify any defects or issues
Change Management: Develop change management plans to minimize disruptions to business operations during implementation
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Management; communicate development plans, timelines, and progress; manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities as needed
Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst (at least 2–3 years)
Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management - Knowledge of PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) databases
Excellent analytical, problem-solving,communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English
