Position Overview
The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) manages the order-to-cash process, ensures excellent customer service, and acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via multiple channels and manage order confirmations in SAP.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment, monitor inventory, and coordinate with Supply Chain.
- Handle customer inquiries, logistics complaints, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer data and compliance with country-specific requirements.
- Generate and manage shipping and export documentation.
- Monitor consignment stocks and credit limits in collaboration with Finance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Requirements
- Commercial education or relevant experience in Customer Care, logistics, or transportation.
- Proficiency in SAP R3 SD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and insurance liability.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) are a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
