Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of critical services, guaranteeing high availability and minimal production downtime
- Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently
- Conduct thorough reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with architectural standards
- Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience
- Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework
- Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of hands-on development with AMAS, AFG, AIMS and AMAS interaction with PRIME
- Solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives
- Good knowledge of Market Making using AMAS and PRIME
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable working under pressure, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise dynamically
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy, adaptability, and a hands-on, solution-driven attitude
- Very strong communication and planning skills
- Very good English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong team player with proven experience leading teams
- Customer-oriented, with a focus on supporting an organisation in developing and providing solutions
- High level of self-motivation to drive initiatives and lead change
- Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes
