Key Responsibilities
Design and implement complex features for the Swiss financial market in close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders, taking end‑to‑end responsibility from design through to operations.
Actively contribute to technical solution architecture, making informed decisions on design, technologies, and integration patterns.
Drive continuous improvement of development processes, architecture, and team collaboration as an experienced member of a self‑organized Scrum team.
Ensure high software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
Qualifications
4–6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer (ICT Developer – Level 2 / Professional).
Proven experience delivering software within agile Scrum teams, ideally within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end software delivery, from solution design through to production operations.
Ability to contribute to architectural and technical decision‑making, including choice of technologies and integration patterns.
Solid grasp of software engineering best practices: code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and clean code principles.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders
