Quality Engineer in AERO

Quality Engineer in AERO (BBBH608597) Genève, Suisse

As part of increasing the activity of one of our clients, we are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in a safety-critical domain (m/f).

• Main mission:

1. Maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27.001:2022 standards.
2. Support the implementation of the means of compliance to the current and future EASA regulatory standards applied in the Air Traffic Control industry.
3. Propose continuous improvement measures to increase efficiency.
4. Advocate a horizontal Safety culture among the team through ongoing coaching, training, and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture.
5. Perform Quality Assurance to ensure that quality standards are achieved.
6. Realize Internal audit ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

1. You have strong analytical skills, allowing you to understand user needs and translate them into clear requirements for the development team.
2. You are adaptable, self-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
3. You are organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
4. You demonstrate resilience under pressure and are flexible in your approach.

1. Expert in Integrated Management systems.
2. Expert of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and its interpretation in the context of a software development organization.
3. Experience in the Aerospace Industry and/or Air Traffic Control domain is mandatory.
4. Experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, DO 254 are major advantages for this position.

1. You have at least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or other safety-critical domains.
2. Experience of software development processes in a safety-critical environment.
3. Knowledge of EASA certification in Aerospace Industries.

1. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
2. French level: B1.
3. German is a plus.
