Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end (E2E) implementation of risk and regulatory Change the Bank (CtB) projects within Global Products & Solutions, focusing on trading, execution, and market-related regulatory and reporting obligations.
• Lead business analysis and project management tasks, including requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder coordination, testing, and rollout of regulatory initiatives.
• Engage in Markets regulatory implementations (including MiFIR, Finfrag, EMIR, SEC, FCA, etc.), and ensure compliance with global and local reporting requirements.
• Collaborate closely with global teams, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver process improvements, utilize SDLC and agile practices, and manage project documentation and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Take ownership of initiatives, prioritize deadlines, and support a positive, adaptable work environment for successful regulatory delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education and 5-7 years\‘ experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a comparable banking environment.
• Demonstrated experience in Markets regulatory reporting and implementation (e.g., MiFIR, EMIR, Finfrag, SEC, FCA, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of trading products, systems, and processes within global private banking and the financial sector.
• Proficiency in IT systems, SDLC, agile methodologies, and mastery of MS Office and project management tools (Confluence, JIRA, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills, ability to work independently in a global context, and to perform under tight deadlines.
