Senior Consultant
who is ready to
take ownership of key clients, drive business growth, and evolve into a leadership role
— either already bringing first team lead experience or with strong ambition to get there.

commercially driven, hands‑on professional
who thrives in client interactions, understands the dynamics of the tech contracting market, and is motivated to
develop others while growing into leadership responsibilities .

Your impact Drive business & client relationships
Own and grow a strong regional client base
Actively engage with clients and expand business opportunities
Understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
Build long‑term, high‑value client relationships
Be highly present in the market (calls, meetings, delivery)
Support & grow the team (Leadership track)
Act as a role model and mentor for junior consultants
Support onboarding and development of new team members
Take increasing ownership of team performance and collaboration
Grow our contracting business
Focus on expanding the contracting business (core focus)
Opportunity to contribute to perm business development
Manage recruitment processes with high quality and efficiency
Contribute to performance tracking and business success
Support client pitches, proposals, and strategic discussions
What you bring Must-haves
Strong background in
tech recruitment (contracting essential)
Proven success in
business development and client management
First experience in
mentoring, coaching, or informal leadership
OR strong ambition to step into leadership
Ability to thrive in an international, fast‑paced environment
Fluent English (German is a plus, not required)
Nice-to-haves
Experience in the Basel pharma/chemical market
Exposure to cross‑border recruitment (CH/DE/FR)
Background in high‑performance, target‑driven environments
