Responsabilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely RtB financial monitoring – covering operating income, operating expenses (OPEX) and premises – to support informed decision-making by the divisional COO, sub-unit heads and local COOs
- Lead financial planning activities, including forecasting and budgeting, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and manage internal and external full-time equivalents (FTEs), handle internalisation requests and maintain accurate records for management oversight
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic RtB initiatives
Your Profile:
- University degree or other higher education in Business Administration or equivalent
- Profound experience in the financial industry or in financial industry consulting
- Project management experience, with structured and independent thinking in a complex and challenging environment
- Experience working closely with different functional areas and within a senior management environment
- Excellent organisational, analytical, conceptual and communication skills Strong presentation skills
- Ability to organise and coordinate as well as deliver content yourself Comfortable working at both the operational and the strategic level
- Fluency in English and German (required)
