Business Analyst - Process Optimisation & Operations

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business transformation and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimise business processes - Gather and document business requirements - Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions - Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities - Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives - Support change management and user adoption activities - Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables
Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Improvement Analyst - Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills - Experience with business transformation or operational excellence initiatives - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience supporting UAT and change management activities
