Specialist, Innovative Finance & Debt Conversion (Contract)
Geneva | Short term (2 months) contract
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to support the development and execution of innovative financing and debt conversion initiatives with governments, donors, financial institutions and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage debt conversion and innovative finance projects
- Build relationships with government, donor and financial-sector stakeholders
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations and implementation
- Identify new partnership and funding opportunities
- Monitor project performance and reporting requirements
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Public Health or related field
- Experience in innovative finance, development finance, banking, private equity, investment management or structured finance
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and project management capabilities
- Fluent English; French is an advantage
