Experis is looking for an On-site Support Technician (m/f) immediately available to work on an ad hoc basis for one or more clients based in Luxembourg.Responsibilities:Handling incidents and requests by using properly the client’s ticketing system and in accordance with SLA’s and regarding priorities.Assists users and new joiners with the installation, configuration, and usability of computers, peripheral equipment, software, tablets, smartphones, other electronic devices within standards and guidelines.Supports remotely users, if needed.Look after devices (test / troubleshoot laptop, VM’s, Printer, meeting rooms, etc.) to be refreshed as well as new installations in accordance with approved standard and keep updated the database.Prevent from reoccurrence of very dissatisfied responses.Support some remote teams, in case of site’s servers/network devices require local intervention.Profile:Degree in Computer Sciences and a first experience in a similar position.Experience in Microsoft environments.Be familiar with the use of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similarUnderstanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus)General/basic knowledge in following technologies: MS Active Directory, MS SCCM, BitLocker Drive Encryption, Backup, LAN, collaboration platform, Cloud Storage (Microsoft OneDrive).Organized and very good at communicating, you have proven aptitude to assess in brief time and to deliver structured troubleshooting solutions.Customer oriented, able to work in a team and to work by own initiative.Fluent in French and working knowledge in English (minimum B2).If you are interested by this opportunity, do not hesitate to apply here or to contact me directly: margaux.masala@experis.lu
