As part of a major logistics management tools project, we are looking for an IT Logistics Technician & SAP Support to assist business teams in the deployment of a new SAP environment.As a true liaison between business lines and technical teams, you will participate in process design, the validation of implemented solutions, and the support of users in their adoption of new tools.Missions- Collect and analyze user needs at workstations and contribute to process definition.- Contribute to testing and validation phases of the solution.- Identify and report anomalies or blocking points during deployment.- Prepare and lead training sessions.- Provide on-site support and facilitate the adoption of new tools.- Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes.Profile- Higher education in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent.- Knowledge of logistics processes and information flows.- Experience working with an ERP, ideally SAP.- Proficiency in office tools and ease with information systems.- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, both business and technical.Do you like understanding processes, solving problems, and supporting users through change?
