Are you a passionate and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of success in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from initiation to implementation and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and business processes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing ServiceNow projects, including implementation, upgrades, and customizations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its key modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Must speak German (minimum B2) and English.
