The role will lead the strategy, development, and deployment of our travel app and digital guest area. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liLead the strategy of the EJ guest area including My Explora and the travel app. /li liDesign and lead the development of the new app. /li liDefine and maintain the guest area strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. /li liEstablish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for platform management. /li liIdentify opportunities for platform innovation, optimization, and new capabilities. /li liDocument product features and create user stories. /li liTranslate complex technical requirements into actionable product specifications. /li liCommunicate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders. /li liSupport the testing and release processes for new product updates. /li liSpot, report, and follow the resolution correction of bugs. /li liMonitor product performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions. /li liDefine KPIs and dashboards to track platform success. /li /ul h3Your Journey so far /h3 ul liMinimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury or luxury hospitality/travel industry. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field. /li liExperience managing web platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise digital ecosystems. /li /ul h3Your Essentials /h3 ul liPersonal accountability to deliver with excellence. /li liStructured, well organized, and able to navigate a matrix organization. /li liStrong knowledge of the digital project lifecycle, especially for complex or highly technical products. /li liFast learner and tech‑savvy. /li liKnowledge of Adobe Experience Manager – a plus. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul pLocation: Geneva, Switzerland. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
