SENIOR ANALOG / MIXED-SIGNAL LAYOUT ENGINEER (M/F/D)

Your mission

The role is part of the circuit design team at EXTOLL. The team is tasked with delivering high quality and best performing solutions for high-speed data interfaces. A commitment to on-time delivery and strong focus on design quality and customer orientation is the foundation of all we do.

• Layout implementation for full-custom digital and analog/mixed-signal modules.
• Contribute and participate on the continuous improvement of an innovative and automated full-custom work-flow.
• Work closely and cross-functional across different groups to support a successful and on-time product release.

Your profile

• B.S./M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related subject with emphasis on hardware design.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience, including internships.
• Familiarity with Cadence design flow and full-custom EDA layout tools, particularly Virtuoso Layout and DRC / ERC / LVS / DFM check procedures.
• Knowledge of script programming languages such as Python, TCL, Skill is a plus.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso Layout, Pegasus, and Calibre.
• Experience in advanced process nodes is a plus (FinFET, multi-patterning).
• Circuit design, schematic entry, and simulation experience is a plus.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
