Responsibilities
Develop and execute global sales strategies to expand Extreme Group’s reach in international markets.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, distributors, and corporate partners.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Negotiate complex contracts and close large-scale deals to drive revenue growth.
Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing and product strategies.
Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and business networking events.
Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure consistent performance.
Collaborate with finance teams to set pricing strategies and manage profit margins.
Provide detailed reports and presentations on sales performance to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in B2B industries.
Proven track record of closing high-value contracts and managing global accounts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different cultural business practices.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.Experience in market expansion and international trade regulations.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
