Our client, for whom we are looking for a HR Business Partner (full-time job), is the subsidiary of a large international manufacturing company in the field of home appliances (Fortune Global 500).
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Completed studies or a comparable qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Several years of extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in R&D or Technology.
- Confident handling of HR systems and databases; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- A good sense for people and a sound understanding of HR best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including headquarters abroad.
- Resilient, confident, and positive personality with an international mindset and hands-on mentality.
- Fluency in German and English.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the entire employee life cycle at the location, from recruiting to offboarding.
- Provide support as a trusted local HRBP, change agent, and member of the R&D management team.
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams and R&D stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless delivery of HR services to the organization and further develop and implement HR processes and policies.
- Proactively advise managers and employees during organizational transformation and growth.
- Participate in regional/global HR projects.
