We are seeking an accomplished Senior / Lead Project Cost Controller to steer cost‐management activities on complex EPC and EPCM projects across pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and oil & gas sectors. Reporting to the Project Controls& Commercial Manager and working closely with Project Management, Engineering and Finance, you will take end-to-end ownership of project cost control, forecasting and reporting for both our company and our clients.

• Support the Tendering team and the Commercial Manager
• Establish and maintain WBS-aligned cost control systems
• Lead proactive mitigation strategies, scenario modelling and Monte Carlo simulations to quantify risk exposure
• Coordinate closely with Planning & Scheduling
• Track design changes, claims and trends
• Mentor junior project cost engineers/controller

• Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or related field
• Many years progressive experience in Cost Control / Project Controls on EPC or EPCM projects, with at least several years in a senior or lead capacity
• Proven portfolio in Pharma, Semicon and/or Oil & Gas capital projects (≥ €100 M).
• Demonstrable capability in Monte Carlo simulation, scenario analysis, statistical forecasting and large-data manipulation.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, project cash-flow and currency management
• Fluent English (spoken & written); Italian proficiency advantageous
• Willingness to travel / relocate to project sites across Italy
