Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using AutoCAD
- Creation of equipment layout and routing plans using AutoCAD Plant 3D and/or REVIT
- Design and detail piping systems, including isometrics, fabrication drawings, and installation documentation
- Develop technical solutions for plant modifications, upgrades, and new installations
- Prepare material take-offs, bills of materials, and technical documentation
- Support engineering, project management, and sales teams throughout project execution
- Maintain and update as-built documentation and ensure drawing and document quality standards
Show your expertise
- Technical degree or completed vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in CAD design, ideally within plant engineering, piping design, or industrial facility projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD, Revit and/or comparable 3D CAD software
- Knowledge of P&IDs, piping layouts, isometric drawings, and engineering documentation
- Structured and independent way of working with strong attention to detail
- Fluent German language skills; English language skills are an advantage
