As a Field Architect (m/f/d), you are responsible for planning and handling architecture-specific project tasks within larger construction projects. You ensure deadlines and budgets in your area of responsibility and guarantee effective project execution on-site at the construction site.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality goals during the planning and execution phases up to final approval in the areas of architecture, structural engineering, and infrastructure for high-tech facilities
- Coordinating and collaborating on the planning and implementation of all project phases together with external partners and service providers
- Monitoring, identifying, and handling complex interfaces between architecture and other trade disciplines during construction
- Onsite presence: Making sure to be regularly on site to ensure effective project management and communication
Show your expertise
- Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience with projects of high technical complexity in the construction or infrastructure sector in German-speaking countries
- Experience in all project phases with a focus on execution planning, tendering, and site supervision
- Strong understanding of architecture, construction quality, and design requirements while being confident in handling standards, regulations, and codes
- Fluent German and English skills
- High communication and negotiation skills when dealing with design offices, clients, authorities, and inspection bodies
