Overview
In this role you will lead on-site construction activities for high-tech EPC projects, focusing on electrical systems installation and integration. You will supervise subcontractors and coordinate the overall construction progress to ensure compliance and timely delivery. You will verify technical documents, document progress, and maintain safety and regulatory standards across sites. Expect regional travel within D-A-CH and extended stays on project sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success and quality.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Site construction management of high-tech industrial projects (electrical focus)
- supervise subcontractors and maintain an overview of site activities
- verify and approve technical documents (cable plans, circuit diagrams, test reports)
- document construction progress and report to site management
- ensure compliance with EHS regulations
- participate in site inspections, acceptance, and coordination meetings
- record and track defects
- take measurements and review subcontractor submissions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- completed apprenticeship in construction engineering (e.g., master craftsman/technician) or engineering degree in electrical/building services or comparable discipline
- first professional experience in construction supervision or execution of electrical engineering projects
- knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards advantageous
- willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on site for 5 days
- strong intercultural skills, team spirit and independent working style
- very good German language skills (written and spoken) for communication with project partners
