Overview
In this role you drive packaging systems design from concept to handover, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. You own work packages or contribute to the process design team, tackling technical challenges in serialization, aggregation, and vision systems. You ensure GMP compliance and strive for continuous improvement across project phases. You will collaborate across stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant packaging solutions.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and specify packaging systems from concept to handover (URS, technical specifications, tendering, design, FAT, installation and commissioning)
- Take ownership of work packages or contribute to the process design team
- Manage suppliers from contract award through FAT/SAT and qualification phases (DQ, IQ, OQ)
- Solve technical challenges in serialization, aggregation and vision systems
- Ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with clients, vendors and internal teams throughout all project stages
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Experience in plant engineering, process design or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of packaging technologies (e.g. blister, bottle, cartoning lines)
- Experience with serialization, track & trace and vision systems is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
