The focus of this position lies in the planning and execution phases of complex conversion projects, for e.g. pharmaceutical production plants. You are the local contact person for all topics relating to ventilation technology, media technology and cleanroom expansion. They are the interface between the customer, subcontractors and internal project departments.
Responsibilities
- Participation in customer meetings
- Development of concepts, planning, cost estimation, and execution of modifications and new construction within existing cleanrooms or pharmaceutical production facilities
- Construction supervision for ventilation and cleanroom technology
- Coordination of commissioning activities
- Support in preparing functional and performance specifications
- Technical and commercial management of suppliers and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Completed technical training in supply engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field
- Good understanding of requirements in a GMP-regulated environment (cleanroom, commissioning, qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in cleanroom technology, ideally with a focus on ventilation and air-conditioning systems as well as interior finishing
- Knowledge of common standards and regulations (e.g., norms, VOB, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, persuasive, and flexible
- Fluent German and English skills
