Director IT Strategy & Transformation Management (m/f/d) Exyte Discover your exciting role The Director IT Strategy & IT Transformation Management (m/f/d) is overall accountable for the IT Strategy, the Organizational Development and all major transformations of the Corporate IT department. The support of potential acquisitions, their due diligence and the IT integration of acquired companies or carve out of portions of the IT environment also belong into the role\’s responsibilities. This role manages the Organizational Change Management and Communication Team for Corporate IT and reports to the VP IT Strategy & IT Business Partner. Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities Maintaining the IT-Strategy and owning the process to implement it Driving the process of road maps planning, approval and adjustment in accordance with the IT Strategy Managing all IT integrations or carve outs, as well as supporting due diligences Overseeing all Organizational Changes, HR IT topics and leading organizational development activities and programs Owning IT communication within Corporate IT and towards the business Partnering with IT leadership and business stakeholders to drive IT strategy adoption, maintain integration standards, and improve communication Monitoring IT strategy execution via KPI dashboards and align with emerging technologies to ensure relevance and impact Show Your Expertise University degree in computer science, information technology, engineering (e.g., Bachelor) or equivalent qualification Several years of experience as an IT Manager in international, fast-paced, and change-driven environments, with exposure to senior leadership Strong leadership skills and proven ability to work in matrix organizations Excellent communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience in organizational transformations and post-merger integration initiatives Fluency in English and German Contact You want to be part of the Exyte team?
