Overview
In this role, you will lead the design and realization of chemical dispense, bulk-, and specialty gas systems across concept to detailed design stages. You’ll specify plant components, piping and treatment systems, and create technical documents. You’ll coordinate with customers and the team, manage bids, and oversee technical project execution with KPI monitoring. This position offers hands-on project leadership in a high-precision semiconductor environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop chemical and gas handling systems from concept to detailed design
- Design components, plants and piping with emphasis on storage and distribution of chemicals/gases
- Specify treatment systems and piping distribution
- Create design documents (P&IDs, plant layouts, piping drawings, function descriptions, tender specs)
- Present and coordinate planning results with team and customer
- Prepare cost calculations for bids
- Provide technical project management including interfaces coordination during execution
- Monitor project KPIs related to timeline, cost, and quality
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in process technology, chemical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
- Several years of professional experience in planning and executing process systems and components in the semiconductor industry
- Solid knowledge of norms, standards and applicable regulations
- Experience leading project workstreams or technical teams in a matrix organization
- Fluent in German and English
- Confident communication with customers and multidisciplinary teams
- High ownership, strategic thinking and technical leadership
