Overview

In this role you drive contract-related activities within Exyte’s Commercial Management team. You will prepare and review contracts, support negotiations, and handle project risk and claim management to secure favorable outcomes. You’ll clarify contractual points, service and billing differences, and assist with tax and insurance queries across specialist departments, while updating project forecasts. The role offers exposure to large-scale engineering projects in a multidisciplinary environment and opportunities for growth and training.

Zentrale Anforderungen

• University degree or completed apprenticeship with focus on business administration or project management
• Knowledge of contract law (VOB, BGB) is a plus
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP R/3
• Motivation and independent working style to push topics independently and persistently and to achieve high quality results
• Excellent team spirit and communication skills as well as ability to work under pressure
