Overview
As an Expert Commissioning, you will lead end-to-end electrical commissioning for critical systems, ensuring proper installation, testing, and handover. You will collaborate with vendors, clients, and project teams to drive compliant, safe, and efficient commissioning workflows. You will develop testing strategies and manage risk, QA/QC, and punch-list activities to enable reliable system turnover. This role offers impact by shaping commissioning practices in mission-critical facilities and working across cross-functional teams.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage end-to-end commissioning activities for electrical systems from construction completion through testing, energization, and turnover
- Provide expert electrical engineering input on HV/MV/LV power systems, distribution, protection, and controls; resolve technical issues quickly
- Act as primary point of contact for electrical commissioning; coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders
- Develop and execute commissioning strategies, test procedures, ITPs, work packs, and documentation aligned with project and compliance requirements
- Plan and manage sequencing, energization, LOTO/permit-to-work, and risk mitigation for complex power systems
- Provide expert QA/QC knowledge in field execution including inspections, walkdowns, punch lists, testing (power quality, protection, loop checks), and final close-out
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor jarige degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Several years of experience in electrical commissioning, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities
- Strong understanding of HV/MV/LV power systems, AC/DC distribution, and load flow concepts
- Experience with switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and protection schemes
- Familiar with commissioning standards
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
