Are you a passionate and experienced educator looking to make a difference in the lives of children? We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Early Childhood Educators for different cities in Baden-Württemberg (e.g., Stuttgart, Mannheim, Heilbronn, Pforzheim, etc.).

We particularly encourage international specialists to apply. Our team at Hays will support you during the recognition process of your diploma in Germany. Our client will employ you in one of their daycare centers after receiving the recognition documents. In the first year, you will complete a (paid) recognition internship with our client, after which you will be a fully recognized pedagogical specialist (Erzieher / Pädagogische Fachkraft) in Germany.

Tasks

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum.
• Create a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor and assess children\’s progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child\’s progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor\’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Early Childhood Development / Preschool Education.
• German language skills at level B1 or higher.
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.
