Overview
In this role you will support the P2P applications landscape to enable stable, compliant and efficient procurement processes. You will work with IT, procurement and leadership to ensure processes, systems and data meet global standards and drive adoption and measurable outcomes. You will contribute to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba configurations, testing, data migration and documentation, while supporting continuous improvement and governance. This is an opportunity to shape ERP and digital procurement initiatives within a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support SAP S/4HANA P2P processes, including configuration, testing, and data migration
- Maintain process flows, approvals and work instructions aligned with global templates; govern supplier master data
- Support SAP Ariba modules (SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Risk/Performance) including templates, workflows and onboarding
- Assist with Ariba–S/4HANA integration testing and issue resolution
- Contribute to ERP and digital procurement transformation initiatives; address defects, change requests and minor enhancements
- Support audit, compliance and internal control documentation; align with QMS and procurement policies
- Assist in creating training materials and user adoption during rollouts and changes
- Identify improvement opportunities and support KPI tracking and regional standardization
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or SAP-enabled environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba
- Experience in testing, data migration, or ERP implementations
- SAP certifications is a plus
- Knowledge of compliance or internal controls
