Overview
As Construction Director, you will lead on-site execution of large EPC projects in biopharma and life sciences, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets. You will guide the on-site construction team, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships to drive delivery excellence. You’ll shape the construction execution plan and monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with standards while supporting risk mitigation. This is a role for a hands-on leader who thrives in a demanding, high-stakes environment and shapes project outcomes.

- Oversee on-site construction performance for large EPC projects in biopharma and life sciences
- Lead the on-site construction team and manage subcontractor coordination and meetings
- Develop and implement the construction execution plan including sequences and schedules
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track on-site performance
- Maintain strong client communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Report construction status to management and contribute to risk identification and mitigation
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in biopharma or life sciences and EPC construction management
- Fluent German and very good English
- Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and methodologies
- Track record of successful project delivery within a large organization
