Overview
In this role you support the construction management of high-tech data center projects, focusing on civil, structural, and architectural works on site. You’ll supervise on-site activities, ensuring quality, schedule, and workmanship while coordinating subcontractors and site workflows. You’ll participate in inspections, maintain progress documentation, and ensure EHS compliance. This is a hands-on position in a cross-functional, international project environment with travel and potential shift work. You’ll help drive safe, efficient site execution in a cutting-edge data center program.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support construction management of CSA works for data center projects
- Supervise on-site activities with regard to quality, schedule, and workmanship
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and assist in managing construction workflows
- Participate in site inspections, acceptance tests, and coordination meetings
- Document construction progress and report to management
- Record defects and track resolution with subcontractors and site management
- Monitor and ensure compliance with EHS regulations on site
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Relevant qualification in construction or a degree in civil engineering or architecture (or comparable qualification)
- Initial experience in construction supervision, site execution, or internships on construction sites
- Interest in data center, industrial, or plant construction projects, especially CSA trades
- Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards
- Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to work on-site
- Willingness to work in shift systems if required
- Team spirit, willingness to learn, and a structured, independent working style
- Good German and English skills for an international project environment
- Valid German driver’s license Class B
