Overview
As Director Global IT Business Partner for Exentec, you bridge Corporate IT with the Exentec GBU to ensure IT initiatives support the company’s strategic goals. You act as a strategic IT advisor to global leaders, shaping IT-enabled solutions and governing IT standards adoption. You will monitor IT service performance for cost-effectiveness and alignment with regulatory and corporate requirements. This role offers a chance to influence IT strategy in a global, product-oriented environment and to drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Collaborate with Exentec leaders to implement IT solutions aligned to Corp. IT strategy and business objectives
- Identify opportunities for IT-enabled innovation by understanding Exentec needs
- Facilitate decision-making for IT projects and initiatives
- Manage global stakeholder relationships across departments and regions
- Drive adoption of IT standards, procedures, and policies within GBU Exentec
- Guide business on defining IT requirements for demand and ideas (innovation agents)
- Monitor IT service performance for business alignment and cost-effectiveness
- Support budgeting and forecasting for Exentec IT expenses
- Identify and mitigate IT risks ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Contribute to implementing and operationalizing the IT strategy in Exentec
- Serve as the primary business contact for Exentec IT assets
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or MBA (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a product-oriented delivery organization
- Proven experience in project management, change management, and strategic planning/execution
- Strong understanding of IT services, industry best practices, and current trends
- Excellent business acumen with strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in multicultural/global environments with international travel
- Hands-on, results-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
